The Twins have announced today the signing of outfielder Jacque Jones to a minor league contract. As a part of the deal, he also will get an invitation to spring training. The 34-year-old has spent ten years in professional baseball, first starting his career with the Twins in 1996. Jones has talent but he hasn’t played professionally since 2008.
